भारतीय वायुसेना का कमाल अक्सर देखने को मिलता हैं। लेकिन आज वायुसेना ने कुछ ऐसा कर दिया है जिसे देखकर सब उसकी तारीफ में लगे हैं। दरअसल, भारतीय वायुसेना और चिक्कबल्लापुर पुलिस ने रविवार शाम कर्नाटक के नंदी हिल्स से एक 19 वर्षीय छात्र को बचाया हैं। जानकारी के अनुसार छात्र एक खड़ी चट्टान से 300 फीट नीचे गिरकर फंसा हुआ था।
वायुसेना ने Mi17 हेलीकाप्टर से बचाई जान
छात्र निशंक को बचाने के लिए वायुसेना ने Mi17 हेलीकाप्टर का इस्तेमाल किया। पीआरओ डिफेंस के अनुसार चिकबल्लभपुर के जिला कलेक्टर ने एसओएस संदेश के साथ वायु सेना स्टेशन येलहंका से संपर्क किया कि नंदी हिल्स में ब्रम्हागिरी राक्स में एक युवा ट्रेकर फिसल कर 300 फीट नीचे गिर गया है। इसके बाद वायुसेना ने एक एमआई 17 हेलीकाप्टर को तुरंत लांच किया और एक गहन खोज के बाद फंसे छात्र को बचाया।
5 घंटे चला रेस्क्यू आपरेशन
प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार हेलीकाप्टर की मदद के बाद भी निशांक को बचाने में करीब 5 घंटे लगे। वायुसेना ने स्थानीय पुलिस के साथ इस आपरेशन को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा किया। बता दें कि छात्र को सुरक्षित बचाने के बाद उसे मेडिकल ट्रीटमेंट दिया गया, जिसके बाद उसे सिविल अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया।
