बुंदेलखंड औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरण (बीडा) की महायोजना-2045 के लिए 8349 एकड़ भूमि का अधिग्रहण किया जाएगा। साथ ही बीडा क्षेत्र को बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी देने के लिए आगरा-ग्वालियर ग्रीनफील्ड एक्सप्रेसवे को झांसी तक विस्तारित किया जाएगा।
मुख्य सचिव एसपी गोयल की अध्यक्षता में गुरुवार को हुई प्रोजेक्ट मानीटरिंग ग्रुप (पीएमजी) की बैठक में भूमि अधिग्रहण का कार्य अगले वर्ष मार्च तक पूरा करने का लक्ष्य बीडा को दिया गया है।
मुख्य सचिव ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि परियोजना को निर्धारित समय में पूरा करना है। इसके लिए माहवार लक्ष्य निर्धारित करके काम करें। उन्होंने सभी निर्माण कार्यों को निर्धारित समय-सीमा में गुणवत्ता के साथ पूर्ण कराने तथा कार्यों में आ रही बाधाओं को तत्काल दूर करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
अधिकारियों ने बताया कि भूमि अधिग्रहण के लिए पट्टा भूमि के त्वरित क्रय को लेकर मंत्रिपरिषद के अनुमोदनार्थ प्रस्ताव तैयार कर लिया गया है। यह प्रस्ताव जल्द ही शासन को भेज दिया जाएगा। बैठक में यह भी तय किया गया कि जलापूर्ति के लिए बीडा क्षेत्र के बाहर राइजिंग मेन पम्प स्टेशन तथा ओएंडएम के कार्य जल निगम द्वारा ही कराए जाएंगे।
इसके लिए एमओयू की प्रक्रिया चल रही है। पम्पिंग स्टेशन के लिए भूमि चिह्नित कर ली गई है। 15 मेगावाट विद्युत आपूर्ति की डीपीआर (विस्तृत परियोजना रिपोर्ट) स्वीकृत हो चुकी है, शेष 40 मेगावाट की डीपीआर तैयार की जा रही है। 60 मीटर चौड़ी मुख्य सड़क की डीपीआर प्राप्त हो चुकी है तथा शेष सड़कों की डीपीआर इसी माह तैयार कर ली जाएगी।
बीडा के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि दिल्ली-चेन्नई चतुर्थ रेलवे लाइन एवं रेलवे स्टेशन को बीडा क्षेत्र में लाने के लिए भारतीय रेलवे द्वारा एलाइनमेंट निर्धारण का कार्य किया जा रहा है। बैठक में ललितपुर फार्मा पार्क की भी विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।
