अनिल अंबानी की रिलायंस ग्रुप इस समय संकट से गुजर रहा है। मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग जांच को आगे बढ़ाते हुए, एनफोर्समेंट डायरेक्टरेट (ED) ने शुक्रवार को रिलायंस अनिल अंबानी ग्रुप की 1,120 करोड़ रुपये की नई संपत्तियां अटैच कर लीं। इनमें प्रॉपर्टी, फिक्स्ड डिपॉजिट, बैंक बैलेंस और रिलायंस होम फाइनेंस लिमिटेड (RHFL), रिलायंस कमर्शियल फाइनेंस लिमिटेड (RCFL) और यस बैंक में कथित धोखाधड़ी से जुड़े अनकोटेड इन्वेस्टमेंट शामिल हैं। रिलायंस ग्रुप के खिलाफ इस मामले में कुल अटैचमेंट अब 10,117 करोड़ रुपये हो गया है।
उन्होंने बताया कि मुंबई के बैलार्ड एस्टेट में रिलायंस सेंटर सहित अठारह प्रॉपर्टी, फिक्स्ड डिपॉजिट, बैंक बैलेंस और रिलायंस अनिल अंबानी ग्रुप के अनकोटेड इन्वेस्टमेंट में शेयरहोल्डिंग को प्रिवेंशन ऑफ मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग एक्ट (PMLA) के तहत अस्थायी रूप से अटैच किया गया है।
शेयरों में गिरावट
इस खबर का असर शेयरों पर भी दिखा। ग्रुप की दो कंपनियों के शेयर आज बढ़त के साथ खुले थे। लेकिन इस खबर को लिखते वक्त रिलायंस पावर के शेयर -1.36 % फीसदी की गिरावट के साथ 37.65 रुपये के स्तर पर ट्रेड कर रहे हैं। वहीं, रिलायंस इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर लिमिटेड के भी शेयर बढ़त के साथ ओपन हुए थे लेकिन इस खबर को लिखते वक्त BSE पर यह -1.30% की गिरावट के साथ 156.00 रुपये के स्तर पर कारोबार कर रहे हैं।
रिलायंस इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर लिमिटेड की सात और प्रॉपर्टी, रिलायंस पावर लिमिटेड की दो प्रॉपर्टी, रिलायंस वैल्यू सर्विस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड की नौ प्रॉपर्टी, रिलायंस वैल्यू सर्विस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, रिलायंस वेंचर एसेट मैनेजमेंट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, फी मैनेजमेंट सॉल्यूशंस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, आधार प्रॉपर्टी कंसल्टेंसी प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, गेमेसा इन्वेस्टमेंट मैनेजमेंट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के नाम पर फिक्स्ड डिपॉजिट और रिलायंस वेंचर एसेट मैनेजमेंट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और फी मैनेजमेंट सॉल्यूशंस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड द्वारा अनकोटेड इन्वेस्टमेंट में किए गए इन्वेस्टमेंट को भी अटैच किया गया है।
ED ने पहले रिलायंस कम्युनिकेशंस लिमिटेड (RCOM), रिलायंस कमर्शियल फाइनेंस लिमिटेड और रिलायंस होम फाइनेंस लिमिटेड से जुड़े बैंक धोखाधड़ी मामलों में 8,997 करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा की प्रॉपर्टी अटैच की थी।
कंपनी ने नहीं दिया जवाब
