भारत को वर्ष @ 2047 तक एक विकसित राष्ट्र के रूप में स्थापित करने की दिशा में प्रभावी संवाद, मजबूत स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था, जिम्मेदार मीडिया और गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा को सबसे अहम आधार बताया गया। पब्लिक रिलेशन सोसाइटी ऑफ इंडिया (पीआरएसआई) के 47वें वार्षिक राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन के दूसरे दिन “2047 तक भारत को किस तरह विकसित किया जा सकता है” विषय पर आयोजित विचार-विमर्श में प्रशासन, मीडिया, शिक्षा और जनसंचार क्षेत्र से जुड़े विशेषज्ञों ने एक स्वर में कहा कि विकसित भारत का सपना तभी साकार होगा जब नीतियों के साथ-साथ उनका प्रभावी संप्रेषण भी सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
पहले सत्र में स्वास्थ्य, विज्ञान और सूचना पर फोकस PRSI Conference
दूसरे दिन के पहले सत्र में स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार, अपर सचिव मुख्यमंत्री, महानिदेशक सूचना एवं उपाध्यक्ष एमडीडीए बंशीधर तिवारी तथा यूकॉस्ट के महानिदेशक डॉ. दुर्गेश पंत ने अपने विचार रखे। अपर सचिव मुख्यमंत्री बंशीधर तिवारी ने कहा कि सुशासन की सफलता प्रभावी, पारदर्शी और संवेदनशील संचार पर निर्भर करती है। सरकार की योजनाएं तभी सफल होती हैं जब उनकी सही और समय पर जानकारी जनता तक पहुंचे। उन्होंने डिजिटल सूचना प्रणाली और सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से जनसंपर्क को और मजबूत करने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया। इस मौके पर उन्होंने उत्तराखंड के 25 वर्ष के विकास की तस्वीर पेश की। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में धार्मिक पर्यटन लगातार बढ़ा है। अकेले चारधाम में इस साल 50 लाख से भी अधिक श्रद्धालु आए हैं।
चारधाम के अलावा आदि कैलास, जागेश्वर धाम और कैंची धाम के साथ ही मानस मंदिरमाला को भी विकसित किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में हर साल लगभग सात-आठ करोड़ पर्यटक पहुंच रहे हैं। अपर सचिव मुख्यमंत्री बंशीधर तिवारी ने कहा कि प्रदेश में प्रति व्यक्ति आय और जीडीपी में भी उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि हुई है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की दूरदर्शिता और मार्गदर्शन में अब पहाड़ों में रिवर्स माइग्रेशन को भी बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है। स्थानीय युवाओं को स्वरोजगार की 35 नीतियां तैयार की गयी हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि मूलभूत सुविधाओं में भी उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि हुई है।
यूकॉस्ट के महानिदेशक डॉ. दुर्गेश पंत ने कहा कि विज्ञान, नवाचार और अनुसंधान विकसित भारत की आधारशिला हैं। उन्होंने युवाओं को वैज्ञानिक सोच अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित करते हुए कहा कि विज्ञान संचार के माध्यम से शोध को समाज से जोड़ा जाना चाहिए। यह नवाचार को जनआंदोलन बनाने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।सत्र के मॉडरेटर संजीव कंडवाल ने कहा कि मीडिया, शासन और समाज के बीच संवाद की कड़ी है। उन्होंने जोर देते हुए कहा कि जिम्मेदार, तथ्यपरक और संतुलित पत्रकारिता से ही लोकतंत्र मजबूत होता है और जनविश्वास कायम रहता है।
दूसरे सत्र में मीडिया, शिक्षा और लोकतंत्र पर संवाद
सम्मेलन के दूसरे सत्र में लोक सूचना विभाग के संयुक्त निदेशक डॉ. नितिन उपाध्याय, सीआईएमएस कालेज के चेयरमैन ललित जोशी, एनडीटीवी नई दिल्ली के सीनियर एडिटर डा. हिमांशु शेखर, न्यूज 18 के एडिटर अनुपम त्रिवेदी तथा आईआईएमसी नई दिल्ली की प्रोफेसर डॉ. सुरभि दहिया ने सहभागिता की।इस सत्र में डॉ. नितिन उपाध्याय ने कहा कि सूचना का प्रभावी प्रसार शासन की सफलता की कुंजी है। डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से सरकारी योजनाओं और नीतियों को तेजी और पारदर्शिता के साथ आम जनता तक पहुंचाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि संचार प्रणाली को समय के अनुरूप लगातार अपडेट करना आवश्यक है।
