Thoughts of the Future

Being in both kinds of thought is not at all meditation

Living in the Past makes one Depressed.

Living in the Future  makes one Anxious.

Meditation is the state of being in Present

But thoughts cannot be controlled as our Heart beat is not in our control.

All type of thoughts can easily be stopped with the awakening of Kundalini 

Kundalini is the Divine Energy that resides in us and on rising, it establishes the state of Meditation effortlessly.
