उत्तराखंड: हैट्रिक लगाने को धामी ने चुनावी पिच पर उतारी टीम 11
चुनावी पिच पर हैट्रिक लगाने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने अपनी टीम इलेवन उतार दी है। टीम में नए और पुराने चेहरों को शामिल कर 2027 में बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने का भरोसा जताया है। चुनावी वर्ष में पांच नए कैबिनेट मंत्री बनाकर टीम पूरी की है। टीम में धामी की भूमिका कैप्टन के रूप में है।
लंबे समय से धामी सरकार में कैबिनेट विस्तार पर चर्चा चल रही थीं। सरकार के चार साल के कार्यकाल के बाद चर्चाओं पर विराम लगा है। 2027 चुनाव में जीत की हैट्रिक लगाने के लिए धामी सरकार ने कैबिनेट में पांच नए मंत्रियों को शामिल कर टीम इलेवन तैयार की है।
पुराने चेहरों में विधायक खजान दास व मदन कौशिक को टीम में जगह दी है। दोनों विधायक पूर्व भाजपा सरकारों में कैबिनेट मंत्री रह चुके हैं। जबकि रुद्रप्रयाग विधानसभा क्षेत्र से विधायक भरत चौधरी, भीमताल से राम सिंह कैड़ा व रुड़की से प्रदीप बत्रा को पहली बार कैबिनेट में शामिल कर मंत्री की कुर्सी मिली है।
सरकार व संगठन ने आगामी चुनाव को देखते हुए कैबिनेट विस्तार में क्षेत्रीय व जातीय संतुलन बनाया है। पहली बार हरिद्वार जिले से दो मंत्री बनाए गए। त्रिवेंद्र सरकार में मदन कौशिक के पास संसदीय कार्य व शहरी विकास मंत्री के रूप में बड़ी जिम्मेदारी थी। उनके हटने के बाद कैबिनेट में हरिद्वार का प्रतिनिधित्व समाप्त हो गया था। वहीं, नौ साल के बाद रुद्रप्रयाग जिले को फिर से कैबिनेट मंत्री मिला है। उत्तराखंड के राजनीतिक इतिहास में मिथक रहा है कि प्रदेश में सरकार चाहे भाजपा या कांग्रेस की रही है।
रुद्रप्रयाग विधानसभा से मंत्री बना है। त्रिवेंद्र सरकार में रुद्रप्रयाग जिले को कैबिनेट में जगह नहीं मिली थी। सीएम धामी ने अपनी टीम में रुद्रप्रयाग को स्थान दिया है। मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने टीम इलेवन में संतुलन बना कर चुनावी पिच पर हैट्रिक लगाने की पटकथा लिखी है।
पांच नए मंत्रियों के लिए भी इस मुकाबले में परफॉर्मेंस दिखाने की बड़ी चुनौती है। मदन कौशिक और प्रदीप बत्रा के कंधों पर अब हरिद्वार जिले में कमल खिलाने की बड़ी जिम्मेदारी है। यहां 11 में से केवल तीन सीटें ही भाजपा के पास हैं। जबकि 2017 के चुनाव में यहां की 11 में से आठ सीटें भाजपा के पास थीं।
