धामी सरकार का चार साल का कार्यकाल पूरा, ऐतिहासिक फैसलों से प्रदेश को मिली पहचान

उत्तराखंड में धामी सरकार के चार साल पूरे हो रहे हैं। सीएम धामी के नेतृत्व में उत्तराखंड ने पिछले चार वर्षों में विकास और विरासत का ऐसा मॉडल प्रस्तुत किया है, जिसने राज्य को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर नई पहचान दिलाई है। निवेश, इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर, शिक्षा और पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में अभूतपूर्व प्रगति दर्ज की गई है।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में सरकार ने चार साल के कार्यकाल में कई ऐसे ऐतिहासिक व सशक्त फैसले लिए हैं। इससे राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी राज्य को पहचान मिली है। इसके अलावा अवस्थापना विकास से राज्य के विकास को नई दिशा दी है।

समान नागरिक संहिता (यूसीसी) को लागू करना धामी सरकार की एक बड़ी उपलब्धि है। इसको लागू करने वाला उत्तराखंड देश का पहला राज्य बना है। राज्य में सशक्त भू-कानून, धर्मांतरण विरोधी कानून, दंगारोधी कानून, नकलरोधी कानून के अलावा मदरसा बोर्ड को समाप्त करने का फैसला लिया है। साथ ही सरकारी भूमि पर अतिक्रमण के खिलाफ भी सख्त कार्रवाई की गई।

सरकार ने युवाओं के भविष्य को सुरक्षित करने के लिए सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून लागू किया। इसका परिणाम यह रहा कि बीते चार वर्षों में 30 हजार से अधिक युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरियां मिलीं, जिससे पारदर्शिता और भरोसा दोनों बढ़े हैं। शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में भी बड़ा बदलाव करते हुए मदरसा बोर्ड को समाप्त कर राज्य अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा प्राधिकरण का गठन किया गया। अब यही प्राधिकरण पाठ्यक्रम और शिक्षा व्यवस्था को नियंत्रित करेगा। राज्य में 12 हजार एकड़ से अधिक सरकारी भूमि को अतिक्रमण से मुक्त कराया गया है।

महिलाओं के सशक्तीकरण पर विशेष फोकस
महिलाओं के सशक्तीकरण को प्राथमिकता देते हुए सरकार ने कई अहम फैसले लिए हैं। सरकारी नौकरियों में महिलाओं को 30 प्रतिशत क्षैतिज आरक्षण लागू किया गया। सहकारी प्रबंध समितियों में 33 प्रतिशत आरक्षण सुनिश्चित किया गया है। प्रदेश में अब तक 2.54 लाख से अधिक महिलाएं लखपति दीदी बन चुकी हैं, जो ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूत करने का संकेत है। स्वयं सहायता समूहों को पांच लाख तक का बिना ब्याज ऋण देकर महिलाओं को आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री सशक्त बहना उत्सव योजना की शुरुआत कर महिलाओं को सामाजिक और आर्थिक रूप से आगे बढ़ाने का प्रयास किया गया है।
