चारधाम यात्रा 2026: चिन्यालीसौड़ से गंगोत्री तक आपदा के बाद कोई सुधार नहीं
चारधाम यात्रा के लिए महज अब तीन दिन का समय रह गया है लेकिन गंगोत्री हाईवे की स्थिति में आपदा के बाद से कोई सुधार नहीं आया है। मात्र सड़क से मलबा हटाने के अलावा सीमा सड़क संगठन (बीआरओ) की ओर से किसी प्रकार का सुरक्षात्मक कार्य नहीं किया गया है। आपदा में क्षतिग्रस्त सड़कों की स्थिति जस की तस है। नदी के तेज बहाव में बही सड़कों के स्थान पर कच्ची सड़कों के निर्माण में लीपापोती की गई है।
चिन्यालीसौड़ से गंगोत्री धाम तक गंगोत्री हाईवे का करीब 135 किमी हिस्सा शामिल है। इसमें जनपद की सीमा शुरू होते ही नगुण भूस्खलन जोन से ही यात्रियों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ेगा। उसके बाद धरासू में सड़क चौड़ीकरण के दौरान सक्रिय भूस्खलन सहित नालूपानी में बीते वर्ष मानसून सीजन में सक्रिय भूस्खलन जोन कभी भी आवाजाही में बाधा बन सकते हैं।
बीआरओ ने धरासू बैंड के समीप गंगोत्री हाईवे पर करीब 100 मीटर लंबी सुरक्षा दीवार का निर्माण किया था लेकिन वह एक बरसात भी नहीं झेल पाई और दीवार टूटने के कारण हाईवे पर भू-धंसाव हो गया। एक वर्ष में उसको सुधारा नहीं गया। दूसरी ओर उत्तरकाशी से लेकर गंगोत्री धाम तक गत वर्ष आई आपदा के दौरान क्षतिग्रस्त भटवाड़ी, सोनगाड, डबरानी, हर्षिल आदि में स्थिति नहीं बदली है। लिम्चागाड में भी अब कार्य शुरू किया गया है।
बोल्डर पहाड़ी पर लटक रहे
उत्तरकाशी से भटवाड़ी तक नेताला, बिशनपुर, नलूणा आदि क्षेत्रों में अभी भी कई टन और बोल्डर पहाड़ी पर लटक रहे हैं। साथ ही भटवाड़ी में भू-धंसाव के कारण क्षतिग्रस्त सड़कों पर भी आवाजाही में खतरा बना हुआ है। प्रशासन की ओर से बीआरओ को तीन मार्च तक सड़क सुधारने का समय दिया था लेकिन अब तक हालत वही है।
बीआरओ कमांडर राजकिशोर ने कहा कि जहां पर स्लाइडिंग और सिकिंग जोन है। वहां सड़क पर क्रंकीट ब्लॉक बिछाकर आवाजाही सुचारू रखी जाएगी। साथ ही सभी प्वाइंट पर मशीनरी हर समय तैनात रखी जाएगी।
