पीएम मोदी के मुरीद हुए ट्रंप, भारत के साथ ट्रेड डील करेगा अमेरिका
राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने कहा है कि भारत और अमेरिका के बीच जल्द ही व्यापार समझौता होगा। उन्होंने पीएम मोदी को ‘किलर’ और पाक सेना प्रमुख मुनीर को ‘महान योद्धा’ बताया। ट्रंप ने दावा किया कि उन्होंने भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच लड़ाई रुकवाई, जिसे भारत ने खारिज कर दिया है। वाणिज्य मंत्री पीयूष गोयल ने कहा है कि 2025 तक एक निष्पक्ष समझौता संभव है, जिससे भारतीय आयात पर शुल्क में राहत मिल सकती है।
भारत व अमेरिका के बीच कारोबारी समझौते को लेकर चल रही बातचीत के बीच राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने कहा है कि दोनों देशों के बीच जल्द ही कारोबारी समझौता हो जाएगा।
दक्षिण कोरिया में एशिया-प्रशांत आर्थिक सहयोग (एपेक) सीईओ सम्मेलन को संबोधित करते हुए ट्रंप ने अपने अंदाज में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की तारीफ की लेकिन साथ ही पाकिस्तानी पीएम शाहबाज शरीफ व पाक सेना के प्रमुख फील्ड मार्शल असीम मुनीर के भी जमकर पीठ ठोकी।
पीएम मोदी को ट्रंप ने किलर यानी बेहद कठोर व निर्णायक तो मुनीर को ‘ग्रेट फाइटर’ यानी शानदार लड़ाका कहा। साथ ही फिर दावा किया कि भारत व पाकिस्तान के बीच मई, 2025 की लड़ाई को उन्होंने शुल्क लगाने की धमकी दे कर रुकवाई। विगत पांच महीनों में वह इस तरह का दावा अनगिनत बार कर चुके हैं और भारत इसे खारिज करता रहा है।
भारत के साथ व्यापार सौदा करेगा अमेरिका
ट्रंप ने कहा कि, “मैं भारत के साथ एक व्यापार सौदा कर रहा हूं, और प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के लिए मेरे मन में बहुत सम्मान और प्रेम है। हमारे बीच शानदार संबंध हैं। मैंने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को फोन किया और कहा, ”हम आपके साथ व्यापारिक सौदा नहीं कर सकते। नहीं, नहीं, हमें सौदा करना चाहिए (मोदी ने कहा)। मैंने कहा, नहीं, हम नहीं कर सकते। आप पाकिस्तान के साथ युद्ध शुरू कर रहे हैं। हम ऐसा नहीं करेंगे। फिर मैंने पाकिस्तान को फोन किया और कहा, हम आपके साथ व्यापार नहीं करेंगे क्योंकि आप भारत से लड़ रहे हैं।
उन्होंने कहा, ”नहीं, नहीं, हमें लड़ने दें। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी सबसे अच्छे दिखने वाले व्यक्ति हैं। वे किलर हैं। वे नरम दिल के नहीं हैं। दो दिनों बाद उन्होंने फोन किया और लड़ना बंद कर दिया।” इस क्रम में उन्होंने कई बार ऐसे दावे किये जिसकी सच्चाई के बारे में कोई कुछ नहीं बता सकता। जैसे उन्होंने दोनों देशों पर युद्ध नहीं रुकने की स्थिति में 250 फीसद का शुल्क लगाने का दावा किया।
ट्रंप ने मुनीर की तारीफ की
साथ ही भारत के आपरेशन सिंदूर से घुटने पर आ चुके पाकिस्तान सेना के प्रमुख मुनीर को महान योद्धा करार दिया। ट्रंप ने कहा, “उनके पास एक फील्ड मार्शल हैं। आप जानते हैं कि वह फील्ड मार्शल क्यों हैं क्योंकि वे एक महान योद्धा हैं।”
ट्रंप के इस तरह के मध्यस्थता करने के दावे को भारत खारिज करता रहा है लेकिन पाकिस्तान के पीएम शरीफ कई बार सार्वजनिक मंच से इसके लिए अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति को धन्यवाद कह चुके हैं।भारत और अमेरिका के बीच कारोबारी समझौता करने को लेकर बातचीत जारी है।
भारत सरकार का जवाब
हाल ही में वाणिज्य मंत्री पीयूष गोयल ने कहा था कि वार्ता में प्रगति है और वर्ष 2025 के अंतक एक निष्पक्ष समझौता संभव है। समझौते से अमेरिका की तरफ से भारतीय आयात पर लगाये गये 50 फीसद के भारी भरकम शुल्क में राहत मिलने की संभावना है। इसमें से 25 फीसद शुल्क भारत पर इसलिए लगाया गया है कि वह रूस से तेल की खरीद कर रहा है। भारत ने हाल ही में संकेत दिया है कि उसकी पेट्रोलियम कंपनियां रूस से तेल की खरीद कम करने लगी हैं।
