उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने देहरादून के सोशल बलूनी पब्लिक स्कूल में आयोजित “उत्तराखंड लोक विरासत-2025” कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में भाग लिया। मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय की एक विज्ञप्ति में यह जानकारी दी गई। उनके आगमन पर उपस्थित जनसमूह और आयोजकों ने उनका गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया। इस अवसर पर विधायक विनोद चमोली भी उपस्थित थे।
रविवार को कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि “उत्तराखंड लोक विरासत” केवल एक सांस्कृतिक आयोजन नहीं है; यह हमारी पहचान, परंपराओं और जड़ों का उत्सव है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड की लोक संस्कृति सदियों पुरानी और समृद्ध विरासत है। उन्होंने इस बात पर ज़ोर दिया कि राज्य के लोक नृत्य, लोकगीत, पारंपरिक परिधान, लोक कलाएँ और त्यौहार लोगों के जीवन, भावनाओं और सामाजिक समरसता को खूबसूरती से दर्शाते हैं। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि झोड़ा, छपेली, चांचरी और पंवारी जैसे लोकगीत और नृत्य केवल कलात्मक अभिव्यक्ति ही नहीं, बल्कि सामुदायिक भावना, प्रेम, वीरता और सामाजिक मूल्यों के प्रतीक हैं।
पिछौड़ा, घाघरा, लहंगा, फेटुआ और पगड़ी जैसे पारंपरिक परिधानों के बारे में बोलते हुए, मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ये वस्त्र केवल वस्त्र ही नहीं, बल्कि सांस्कृतिक प्रतीक भी हैं।
उन्होंने बताया कि रिंगाल बुनाई, लकड़ी का काम, चाँदी के आभूषण, ऊनी उत्पाद और धातु शिल्प जैसे शिल्प लंबे समय से उत्तराखंड की अर्थव्यवस्था की रीढ़ रहे हैं। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि बग्वाल, फूलदेई, हरेला, इगास-बग्वाल और मकर संक्रांति जैसे त्यौहार राज्य के प्रकृति से गहरे जुड़ाव और सामाजिक एकता को दर्शाते हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि लोक संस्कृति वह माध्यम है जिसके माध्यम से पुरानी पीढ़ी अपने ज्ञान, अनुभव और परंपराओं को युवा पीढ़ी तक पहुँचाती है। इसलिए इसका संरक्षण सरकार और प्रत्येक नागरिक दोनों का कर्तव्य है।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश सांस्कृतिक पुनर्जागरण के स्वर्णिम युग का साक्षी बन रहा है। उन्होंने “विरासत भी, विकास भी” के नारे को भारत की सांस्कृतिक चेतना की जीवनरेखा बताया और राम मंदिर, काशी विश्वनाथ धाम, महाकाल लोक और बद्रीनाथ-केदारनाथ मंदिरों के पुनर्विकास को भारत के आध्यात्मिक पुनरुत्थान का प्रमाण बताया।
