उत्तराखंड: कैबिनेट की बैठक में उपनल कर्मचारियों का मामला
प्रदेश कैबिनेट की आज होने वाली बैठक में उपनल कर्मचारियों के नियमितीकरण का मामला आ सकता है। बताया गया है कि सरकार उनके नियमितीकरण के लिए कोई फार्मूला तय कर सकती है। हालांकि उनके नियमितीकरण में आरक्षण का पेच फंस रहा है। कैबिनेट में इसका अलावा साइलेज नीति में संशोधन, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, शहरी विकास सहित अन्य विभागों के प्रस्ताव आ सकते हैं।
बता दें, लंबित मांगों पर अमल न होने से नाराज प्रदेश के उपनल कर्मचारी अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर चले गए। कर्मचारियों ने परेड ग्राउंड में धरना दिया। वहीं, कर्मचारियों की शासन में हुई वार्ता भी बेनतीजा रही। कर्मचारियों का कहना है, जब तक मांगों पर अमल नहीं होगा आंदोलन जारी रहेगा।
उपनल कर्मचारी संयुक्त मोर्चा के प्रदेश संयोजक विनोद गोदियाल ने कहा, प्रदेश में कर्मचारी हितों की अनदेखी की जा रही है। हाईकोर्ट के वर्ष 2018 के आदेश के बाद भी कर्मचारियों को न तो नियमित किया गया न ही उन्हें समान कार्य के लिए समान वेतन दिया जा रहा है। उपनल के माध्यम से विभिन्न विभागों में कार्यरत कर्मचारियों की सेवाएं भी प्रभावित की गईं। इससे नाराज कर्मचारियों ने आवश्यक सेवाएं भी ठप कर दी।
महासंघ के महामंत्री विनय प्रसाद के मुताबिक कर्मचारियों को गृह सचिव शैलेश बगौली ने वार्ता के लिए बुलाया था। वार्ता के दौरान आश्वासन दिया गया कि कर्मचारियों को समान काम के लिए समान वेतन का जल्द आदेश जारी किया जाएगा। वहीं, कर्मचारियों के नियमितीकरण के मामले में भी शीघ्र कार्रवाई होगी, लेकिन कर्मचारियों का स्पष्ट कहना है कि बिना लिखित आश्वासन व आदेश के कर्मचारी आंदोलन से पीछे नहीं हटेंगे।
